About Roxie
Starting is hard.
Finishing is harder
Coaching helped me discover the tools and gain the traction to start well and finish strong!
As a late-diagnosed adult with ADHD, I learned a lot from "failing forward."
I grew up thinking that if a skill didn’t come naturally or immediately, I just wasn’t good at that thing and I quit. It was a failure and failure was forever. Consequently, there were so many things I just wouldn’t try. If I wasn’t immediately amazing, forget it.
Coaches, friends, and mentors modeled curiosity (and grace) and encouraged me to experiment and embrace life in “learner mode.” I quit scoffing at baby steps and I made progress.
I am grateful for my life experience, for the experts who have taught me so much, and for the creative, neuro-diverse folks I get to work with and be inspired by every day.
A certified life coach specializing in ADHD, Roxie is trained and certified by Dana K White in the Speed of Life Decluttering method. Her previous experience includes facilitating intensive coaching groups and leading planning sessions.

I've really enjoyed working with Coach Roxie. She's the best. She has encouraged and has reminded me to be kind to myself. She has helped me to find my own motivation to stay on target with the things I want to accomplish in life and to be okay with letting go of some of the other so-called "shoulds". She has given me very real strategies to help with staying organized and on time that actually work and has encouraged me to become more aware of some of the habits or mindsets behind the reasons that don't work so well for me. I highly recommend Coach Roxie to anyone having difficulties staying focused or finishing tasks or even if they are just wanting a friend to help them get through a day that would otherwise feel overwhelming. She actually stayed with me via Zoom one day while I cleaned up a mess that I kept putting on the back burner. I had imagined it would take me hours to do but in reality, it only took about 15 minutes once I got started. Thank you Coach Roxie!
